Trade Vietnam-Spain to reach 2 billion euros

Trade exchange between Vietnam and Spain reached a record last year more than 2 billion euros, of which exports of the two countries have increased.

According to preliminary statistics of the Spanish Customs, the value of trade exchange between the two countries last year increased by almost 6.5% compared to 2012.

In 2013, Vietnam exported to the Southern European countries goods worth nearly 1.9 billion euros, an increase of nearly 5%, while imports reached nearly 245 million euros, an increase of over 20%.

Vietnam exported to Spain largely phones and other types of parts, garments and accessories, shoes and accessories, coffee, machinery and mechanical appliances, and imported mainly chemical products organic, seafood, leather, plastic and plastic products, dyes, pharmaceuticals.

Trade between Vietnam and Spain was first rolled 1 billion euro mark for the first time in 2008 and reached 2 billion euros in 2012, of which Vietnam is always surplus high./.
